We are excited to welcome you to Studio City Toronto! To ensure you are set up for success and have everything you need over the course of your production, we have put together a list of helpful resources for you and have included them all below. From floorplans and building specs, to lunch spots and hotels, we’ve got you covered. Each of the stages and office suites has Wi-Fi available. Please check with management for the login and passwords for each area.

Security:

  • Security and Management contact: (416) 778-2500
  • To assist security, report all incidents involving vehicles, including accidents and theft, to management. The Landlord is not responsible for damage or theft of vehicles or their contents.

Parking

  • Parking of any vehicle is prohibited in driveways, parking lot aisles, fire routes, designated loading areas, handicapped spaces (except with a valid permit) and on sidewalks;
  • All vehicles must be parked in assigned areas. No vehicle is allowed in Reserved Parking Zones without a valid and prominently displayed permit.  Crew vehicle parking is limited.
  • Overnight parking of vehicles is strictly prohibited without permission from the management office. Vehicles without permission to be parked overnight will be subject to tag and tow.
  • Any vehicles carrying propane or other compression tanks must keep tanks caged and secure while in the parking lot.
  • On-site parking is permitted only in compliance with these rules. Those parked must abide by all posted signs and ground-marked areas. Offenders will be tagged and possibly towed by City of Toronto By-law officers without further notice;
  • Parking privileges (for a particular vehicle) will be revoked after two citations for parking violations.

Janitorial Services:

  • Productions are responsible for their own cleaning and waste disposal for offices, stages and support areas.
  • Sanitizing production offices and stage areas is the responsibility of the tenant while the spaces are occupied.

Waste Disposal:

  • All waste material from set construction and demolition is to be disposed off-site by the Tenant. Use of the Landlord’s garbage bins for this purpose is strictly prohibited.
  • Construction waste and film set demolition waste must be removed by the Tenant’s waste removal contractor.
